Our Facility
Operating from a 12,000 square meter production facility in Melbourne's industrial zone, we maintain full control over the manufacturing process from timber selection through final assembly.
The workshop houses CNC routing equipment, edge banding stations, spray finishing booths, and traditional hand-finishing areas. This combination allows us to handle both volume production and custom one-off pieces.
Production Capabilities
We work primarily with Australian hardwoods including Victorian ash, Tasmanian oak, and blackwood, supplemented by select imported timbers for specialty applications.
Our production team includes qualified cabinet makers, upholsterers, and finishing specialists. Each project is assigned a production manager who oversees quality control and delivery schedules.
Quality Systems
We maintain ISO 9001 certification and comply with Australian furniture manufacturing standards. All pieces undergo structural load testing before dispatch.
Our finishing processes use low-VOC coatings that meet commercial building air quality requirements. Fire-rated upholstery materials are sourced from certified suppliers.
